Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the ItsFake website (the "Service") operated by ItsFake ("us", "we", or "our").

ItsFake provides a tool to generate simulated social media posts for entertainment, parody, or creative purposes. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or any purpose prohibited under this clause. You agree not to use the Service in any way that could damage the Service, the reputation of ItsFake, or the general public.

2. User-Generated Content

You are solely responsible for the content you create, including images and text ("User Content"). You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to use and authorize us to use all patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights in and to any and all User Content.

You agree not to create any User Content that is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, abusive, or that infringes any third party's rights. We are not responsible for any User Content and we do not endorse any opinion contained in any User Content.

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ItsFake and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of ItsFake.
